My Background.
Hello, My name is Niko Milberger. Thank you for visiting my page! Let me tell you about myself. I recently obtained my Bachelor of Arts in the social sciences with honors from Drew University, Madison, NJ. I'm a driven leader with a proven track record in higher education. My experience has been with Drew University. I've worked alongside three academic departments, collaborating with faculty, staff, and students to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of departments. My primary skills are organization, interpersonal communication, crisis management, team building/work, leadership, marketing, social media marketing, and financial reporting.

1). I partnered with a former corporate executive and current professor of management, personal branding, and entrepreneurship to create Career Planning, LLC. Our company is dedicated to being a reliable resource for students, university counseling services, and individuals, assisting them in achieving success and financial security in their career pursuits.
2). I was recently hired at Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine- Center for Student Success. I'm honored to join the team!!
3). A co-authored article published in University Business has encapsulated our collective insights on the future of higher education, AI, and the evolving world of work. This article serves as a guiding light, offering a blueprint for colleges and universities in the new world of work.
What I'm Known For
My sense of identity is vital to me. As a leader, my main goal is to bring about genuine and long-lasting change within higher education institutions. I don't limit myself when it comes to creativity; instead, I completely break the mold. I see endless possibilities for growth and learning!
